Crystal Belflower, FNP-C

I have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years, and Crystal Belflower is the primary reason I am finding a new PCP. I have seen her multiple times, and her care for and attitude with patients has gotten progressively worse over time. She treats patients as if they are unintelligent and have no idea what is going on with their own body. She is offended if patients receive care elsewhere and goes out of her way to find fault with the course of treatment they prescribe. She becomes borderline rude or refuses all together to talk with the patient when the patient asks to discuss a question or concerns about treatment especially if the patient wants to start with less aggressive or less invasive options of care that mean less revenue for the practice. Following my most recent visit when I questioned her about choices of prescribed care I reviewed my online records and discovered that multiple inaccuracies regarding my health had been added to my records. I have no trust left.
