She put me on two prescriptions that should not be taken together (citalopram & fluoxetine). Got dizzy, fell, broke femur less than two weeks later. Called from hospital minutes before surgery to cancel the next day appt. Nurse (?) asked if I wanted to reschedule for the next week. Unbelievably unprofessional.
