I had a terrible experience with Cynthia Ferguson was extremely rude, no bedside manner and unprofessional. I spoke when she walked into the room, she didn't speak back. We were discussing medication for eczema and I was told she didn't feel comfortable prescribing me clobesol cream which another doctor in the same office had prescribed in the past. Ferguson couldn't provide me with an explanation for her decision and the shrug was very unprofessional. I was told to make an appointment with a doctor within the office. I do not recommend anyone making an appointment with Ferguson. I scheduled an appointment with Dr Robert Waters who was extremely professional and personal.
