I am in my mid twenties and have been struggling with anxiety and OCD for most of my life. Dan has always had a clear understanding of how my anxieties work. He is very patient and supportive, while also helping to ground me-- Dan always provides a clear perspective that makes me more aware of my distorted thoughts. This awareness is a difference I can see in my day-to-day life, and is helping me feel more in control.
