My wife was diagnosed with white-matter disease from an MRI. She has experienced headaches and tingling in a specific spot on her head since July of 2021. My wife has waited 4 months to visit FNP Carter. My oldest daughter got Covid so we called to ask Nurse Carter to teleconference with us since the CT SCAN had already been done and her office refused. Instead they advised us we could wait until June 2022 or find a new doctor. I have multiple family members in the nursing field and NEVER have I heard of someone being told to just wait on a diagnosis like WMD. I get that everyone is busy, but the lack of empathy and willingness to disregard someone is absolutely unacceptable.
