He refused to even touch my partner and prematurely discharged them without doing any testing, examination, or even an explanation.He treated my partner with clear disregard and disrespect, and ignored the chart notes sent by my partner’s psychiatrist, warning him of my partner’s symptoms and diagnosis that they were being sent to the ER for.
