Danielle made an appointment for me with a rheumatologist in Jackson. She failed to communicate with the rheumatologist the reason she was referring me and therefore wasted my time (an entire day off work) and gas (124 mile round trip) in my car, and the doctor's time all because she did not know how to communicate. This was a THIRD strike for her and I will not be going back to her, nor will I recommend her to anyone else. She gets 2 stars for being pleasant, but her being pleasant doesn't help me with my medical issues.
