Both my partner and I had visits scheduled. I went for 930 blood appointment...the reminder said do not arrive early!...at 950 I was told I needed to wait that my appointment was at 945! They build in wait time and don't tell you. I left.Then they call to change our visits. Multiple times. I gave up, my partner tried and eventually cancelled his appointment.Then I go to the pharmacy for my prescriptions. I was out of refills and the office denied my refills becuase I hand't seen the doctor. I've been on these medications 20 years and havent seen the doctor becuase of their issues and now my refills are denied? You know what this doctor and office and go do!
