Staff helping Dr Edwards seem unknowledgeable and I had to do my own measurements at times. They asked me to come in after I called several times to check in to see if it would be okay to come because of a major traffic delay on route 95 that caused me to miss my appointment time. I was told to still come in but once I got there I was told we don't do wellness checks at this time. Which was disheartening because we were in traffic for two hours with two babies. Just to get there and she says reschedule; after I gave them the opportunity to tell me before I came if it was still okay to come. She's good but still a human that makes mistakes. We've been there for quite some time but will be looking for another provider and my family member agrees as well. She was referred to me by a relative who is reconsidering her time with Dr Edwards as well.
