Knowingly lingers his hands and places hands on patient's body in benign-seeming areas without permission. He gets off on touching women this way, which makes it non-benign. Dave Harvey also makes excuses and lies saying 'he forgot' when he touches even after being told he should not. Since he's forgetful about what matters, and persists in what he shouldn't, he should not be trusted and his words seen as the falsehoods they are. Despite being trained in areas of medical ethics, this doctor does the utmost in violation by mis-using skills in chiropractic care and specialty training, degrading the field and any organization he affiliates with, once his acts are seen for what they are: disgusting.
