Working with David Jones resulted in one of the most transformative experiences of my life. I came in struggling with managing anger. David worked with me without judgement - and built trust by his initial desire to understand fully what I was feeling. The pacing of the therapy and the teaching of new tools is perfect. Actionable coping mechanisms are taught and homework is assigned each session which encourages growth between sessions. His advise and training has been invaluable. He knows the right questions to ask to make you challenge your own thinking and perspectives. He is insightful and quick on his feet with regular doses of unexpected but powerful wisdom. The progress I feel is nothing short of life changing. If you're looking for a therapist who truly cares and knows how to help you grow, I can't recommend David highly enough.
