I wouldn't advise choosing Ms Francis I was under her care for some while now she has constantly ignored my labs for years my wb cells are low my platelets are low I had protein in my urine for over a year from my labs I'm going through surgeries due to this I'm having biopsy due to this everything could have been avoided had she just read my lab results

I've had recurrent UTIs and have usually managed them swiftly through quick phone appointments and prescriptions, given the risk of these infections escalating into severe kidney issues if not promptly addressed. Recently, I had an appointment with Deidra. She did not provide help and just referred me to my PCP which typically involves a long wait time of a week or more for a response. Sadly, this time, the process was different and less effective, leading me to consider burdening the emergency room for an issue that should have been manageable during a phone consultation with Deidra. It's disappointing because my wife received prompt UTI care through a similar phone appointment at this office. Ultimately, I had to seek assistance elsewhere to address my UTI. I asked for alternatives during the appointment, but none were offered, resulting in a waste of time and money. I hope this feedback reaches Deidra so she can reconsider her approach to such cases. I believe better options should have been explored, as has been the case in similar situations within the same practice. For others seeking efficient care, I'd suggest considering alternative healthcare providers.
