Got an exam, 2 new pair of lenses and a new set of frames, spending over $600 with insurance coverage. When I picked up the frames the script was so wrong they are unwearable, can't read a book and it gives me a headache to put them on. When I picked them up expressed my displeasure and was told "You just need to get used to them, its always like that with new lenses." like I've never had glasses before or somehow don't understand how lenses work. They outright refused to listen to me when I said its way worse with them than without them. Apparently I just don't know how to use glasses correctly. So I'm out over $600 and my 2 pairs of glasses are so bad I can't use them to read or even for fashion cause they are wrong. But that's my problem cause Deon and staff are not interested in fixing their mistake cause they already got paid.
