What stood out about Dr. Lovett is his gentle caring nature. He really knows his subject matter and he deeply cares about whether you feel better when you leave and while in his care. When I asked questions, he answered them all without making me feel like they were dumb questions and he seemed to intuitively know what parts of my neck to focus on.
