I absolutely love Ms. Garnica! I was with Kaiser through FUSD for a long time, and she has provided better care than they did. I have sciatica and all Kaiser did was give me narcotic painkillers, which led to depression and weight gain due to immobility. Since becoming her patient in the spring of this year ('23), I have lost 21 lbs, I am in better health, my A1C is in better shape, and I am no longer on Lisinopril 40 mg (blood pressure medication) because it is in a normal range again. I cannot thank her enough. I had some serious health issues going on when I first came to her. She was quick about getting me into specialists for treatment. I have had the procedures I desperately needed to repair my spine and life couldn't be better. Took my kids jetskiing this summer. Ms. Garnica is very knowledgeable, keen on trying different things to find tailored solutions, and thank God - she doesn't overbook. She listens to her patients and seems to genuinely care. You're doing an excellent job, God bless you, Dr. Garnica! You're going to make an awesome doctor.
