Completely rude from the start. Very judgemental and condescending. This lady shouldn't even be practicing medicine, she doesn't know what she is talking about at all. DONT GO TO THIS NURSE! Cleveland clinic- you should be doing better than this. Get rid of this nasty nurse ASAP, please.
