Sadly, Dean never takes the time to get to know you. He is always on time or most of the time early with his appointments. They are rushed, impersonal and if in person, you are never examined even if you have new pain areas. I wanted to like him but just couldn't get to know him. Telehealh calls take Abt 1-3 mins flat, most 1-2 mins. Basically asks which pharmacy to send your meds and see ya next time and proof, appointment is over. I decided after years as a patient here to get a new doctor. Dean once saw me in person, left the room, came back in less than 3 mins, sat down with his computer and called me by a different name and asked me why I was there? I looked at him puzzled because he couldn't even see he just had an appointment with me not 5 min earlier! He didn't recognize me? Something isn't right with him.
