I had an eye emergency last year that involved a progressive worsening of my vision. I had KP insurance at the time, wasted money on a virtual appt. that went nowhere, and could NOT get on the schedule to be seen in person for a number of weeks. A very scary situation when you are losing vision by the day. I decided to pay out of pocket and Dr. Le's office is in my neighborhood and got me in same day. She knew immediately what was going on and went above and beyond to figure out a treatment plan that mitigated the high cost of the prescription I needed. She also scheduled me for multiple follow-ups over the next week that worked in my budget as well as texting and calling to check up on my status on days she did not see me. You don't see many doctors go this above-and-beyond for their patients and I owe my eyesight to her. Thank you Dr. Le!
