She was very rude. Late to our appointment and kept rushing us.

This provider definitly earns these poor reviews...and I'm guessing she doesn't care. Both appointments were a complete waste of time since she didn't follow through with tests and paperwork. She didn't respond to portal messages as well. Unprofessional.
