This was easily the worst eye exam experience I have ever had with Donald Ragan. In addition to his strange way of NOT using '1' or '2' to distinguish one eye chart from another, THE PRESCRIPTION WAS WRONG AND HE TOOK ANOTHER PATIENT INTO THE EXAM ROOM WHEN I BRIEFLY STEPPED OUT TO PUT IN MY TRIAL LENSES.
