I'm posting this review on behalf of my great aunt and uncle. They are sweet people and would never speak badly of anyone (they would be mortified if they knew I'm writing this), but in this case I am more than happy to offer my thoughts. My uncle is 82 and just had a pacemaker installed. At his last appointment, when he asked if there would be any trouble getting the dental work done and it interfering with the pacemaker, the new receptionist was incredibly rude and snapped at them, telling them that they always "cause trouble" when they come to the office. These people have never caused trouble for anyone in their lives. Then, when they switched dentists because of her terrible behavior, she had the nerve to actually call them and tell them the day they came in she was simply too busy to answer their questions. No ... apology ... just ... excuses. Basically she blamed them for her poor excuse for customer service. Ridiculous. So glad they are seeking other dental care from a more com
