I was referred to Dr Singla through the Cincinnati VA "Community Care" for my back and leg pain. I had my first appointment with Dr Singla on a Mon then supposed to get MRI on Wed and then Injection on Thu. I was called Tue and said that they cancelled my MRI and follow up, I've checked with both Beacon and VA and from what I was told, Beacon has all the info they need to get me the care I need but haven't heard from them in over a month!!! While I deal with the pain and injuries of war there just "not able to process the authorization code correctly. Thought it was going to go a lot better/smoother than this. They told me they do this all the "working with the VA" and "Community Care",we'll apparently not very well.
