Have treated a few times with this doctor for ear wax removal. While her demeanor isn't the best I put up with it as I just need a simple treatment. However the last time was the most unprofessional treatment I have ever experienced. After asking why I'm there (hello, same reason always - I come for bi-yearly hard wax removal) she just seems turned off on hearing the answer. Apparently it seems she has wanted to convert me into some more expensive treatment (she been pushing nasal surgery for snoring) and wanted me to get an audio test (didn't ask for one). So this time in the middle of treating my ear (with solution already in it), she leaves the room returns and announces that I will need to pay $100 if she continues because my insurance didn't pay the last time! Partially true -BCBS paid $175 for office visit but not for a surgical code she also billed for $150(why?) And I paid $80 copay already. So basically she wanted $355 total to remove ear wax! I refused. Total hack. Beware
