I had a tummy tuck and breast implants back in January of 2024 with Dr. Khalil. First off, my breast implants are so sloppy. You can feel and see the ripples and edges of my breast implants. When I lay down, one of the implants stays up and the other just falls off into my left side. The implants don’t look like same either. One has dropped much further down than the other. It’s most alarming to know that you can see and feel the implant’s themselves. This will have to be fixed by another surgeon. The second issue is that my drain tubes were not kept in long enough after my tummy tuck. I developed a massive seroma within 4 weeks following the tummy tuck, with two major infections to follow. I had to have emergency surgery by another surgeon to get the infection out immediately and fix the massive seroma under my skin. The other major complaint I have from all of this is that i developed a baseball size of scar tissue right above my belly button from the area he pulled the skin down from under my muscle. It’s so bad that when im standing up it sticks out. I can no longer wear a tight fitting dress or swimsuits. It bulges out and is super uncomfortable and painful. My surgery was super fast, the nurse was incompetent as well and couldn’t even get my IV into my arm and when she pushed me out to be picked up she gave no after care instructions to my care taker. Everything this far has shown me what sloppy plastic surgery can do to you. For what I spent I will have to spend $20,000 more just to get a tummy tuck revision and new breast implants. I thought I picked the right plastic surgeon after having several consults with him before surgery. The follow up since all of this has happened has been lack luster. I had one phone call with him and tried to book further calls with no follow up from his office. Either way I would not be going back for a revision from a surgeon whose left me like this. I hope this review gets seen by anyone thinking of getting plastic surgery with this discount surgeon. You will just end up paying way more in the long run.
