Kaiser medical center offers free video consultation. It was informative, detailed and helpful to manage acute medical issues. He prioritized access to imaging diagnostic tests and surgery date access. Follow up emails were answered promptly whenever he was on duty. The actual routine outpatient surgery was surprisingly pain free and brief. He’ll be my preferred spine surgery specialist from now on. Highly recommend if competent care and unnecessary treatments are needed.
