After treating me with hormone replacement therapy for 6 months, Dr. Yimer unexpectedly and abruptly ceased my treatment, mid-therapy. Prior to this jarring dismissal, he inexplicably cancelled three, in-person appointments ranging from Jun '24 - Aug '24--noting he 'did not have space' on his calendar to accommodate my scheduled appointments. Worse, in Aug '24, Dr. Yimer forgot to refill my hormone script, despite multiple messages that I sent to him. When I called his office--and finally got a hold someone-- I was told that Dr. Yimer was out on vacation for 10 days and would refill my script upon his return. This never happened, and after several more phone calls to his office, I was ultimately told that Dr. Yimer 'no longer had the time' to continue my treatment. As such, I am left to fend for myself, mid-treatment, with no ability to continue my treatment or responsibly transition off. Moreover, Dr. Yimer refuses to discuss this with me--deflecting me to his front desk.
