My husband saw Dr. Balinger, Nov. 10, 11 & 12, 2022 at St. Lukes, Meridian. We found Dr. Ballinger to be very thorough & caring. He called on the 18th to see how Larry was doing. Dr. Ballinger took time & made me feel like he genuinely cared.
