his staff has dropped the ball continuously on scheduling pt have been back and forth with the office people and they said they would take care of multiple times. very disappointed .and as dr heseinger goes he only got back to me once after several attemts back to you on any of my concerns. not very good bed side manner in my book .will not use him again also when he did my knee replacement he broke my tibia and it resulted in a fracture no apology im not much on complaining at all in fact this is the very first review ive done on anything
