As a doctor I usually found Dr. Wheeler pleasant, however, as the head of a clinic, he's garbage. My family's prescription needs have more often than not been filled incorrectly if at all and when bringing this to his staff's attention, I was literally told it's too hard for them to check the doctor's notes and make sure the medicine is going to the correct clinic. As a result, we often couldn't get medicine on time, days even. Or, it would be sent to the wrong pharmacy entirely, I've even had my son's medicine sent to the wrong state. Each time, the provider's notes and my requests were clearly written, yet the staff is so completely incompetent they failed constantly. Adam chose to discharge me as a patient rather than fix his staff's errors. So I'll be turning over my family's records for review from the medical board. I wouldn't be at all surprised to find they've even prescribed us someone else's medications without our knowledge.
