I’m sharing this review to warn potential patients about how Arizona Pulmonary Specialists is managed. My experience shows serious problems with their internal systems, communication, and accountability.On August 21, 2025, I saw Dr. Aditya Gupta because my CPAP machine stopped working. He said he’d issue a new prescription so I could get a replacement. The office’s DME coordinator assured me the provider they chose was covered by my insurance. That was false. The mistake delayed my care by nearly two weeks and forced me to rent a CPAP machine for $300 out-of-pocket.When the claim was finally submitted through an in-network provider, my insurance denied it—not because of coverage, but because Dr. Gupta’s office failed to provide basic documentation. Missing were proof the old machine was unrepairable, SIM card data, warranty date, and usage records. These are standard requirements any competent office should know and include.An appeal was filed but denied again for the same reason
