This review is based on my experience with this office and Dr. Aelita Khachatrian. I made an appointment two months ago at the Mission Hills location and have been calling 2-3 times a week to see if anything opens sooner. Unfortunately, nothing did. But the reason I’m writing this review and giving it one star is because I received a call today and was told the doctor would not be there the day of my appointment, which is in two days. that day, and there would be no openings until the end of October. That's another two months before I get another appointment. That is not right at all. They know from the doctor who referred me over that I’ve been in a lot of pain. This doctor and the office are doing that as if they don’t care and are unprofessional. I hadn’t looked online at her reviews, but now I see she only has 3.7 stars, and several reviews talk about the same thing happening and are very unprofessional. Based on my experience, I recommend to read reviews before making an Appt.
