I was a satisfied patient of Dr Karim for many years. He gave me 2 ablations and has been kind and professional. However, something has drastically change this past year with him and his office staff. My symptoms returned and I needed his care. He prescribed several tests. I did as instructed. I communicated with him many many times via MyChart. Either I would get no response at all, or it would take several days before his secretary would answer. On 1 occasion, my Holter results were in his possession on December 1st and my results give to me on December 14th, and that's with me calling and emailing several times in between, but getting ignored. This was more common than not. I have since switched to another doctor because of the stress this has caused. He did apologize, but too little too late. I wasted valuable time that could have been spent fixing my condition. I'm sorry to say, I would NOT recommend this practice based on my most recent experiences.
