My father passed away at Cox Hospital South on November 28, 2022. Dr. Hassan has yet to sign the death certificate, therefore holding up any processing needed to be done for my mom. After multiple attempts to the hospital to get this completed, it is still not done. This is absolutely unsatisfactory as this could easily be signed online, and would take a matter of minutes. It is now over two weeks. I understand being busy, but this is just neglectful.
