Basement office with steep steps. Difficult for disabled senior patient. Waited over 45 minutes to be seen. Office looks like it has not updated for 49 years. Diagnostic equipment broken could not perform lung function testing. Provider seemed uninterested and proposed treatment seemed incorrect.
