I am having problem getting my money refunded. I paid them at my visit and my insurance has paid them also and it has been since May and they won't refund my money. The office will not return call and won't answer the phone. This is not good business. My office visit was great. No problem with my visit.

First visit you will see Dr Garza, after that it’s PA after another PA, and so on. They don’t bill correctly. Overcharged my copay every visit except once when I refused to pay and asked to use my credit from previous appointments and then on they continued to over charge and say it was right. They cannot produce any sort of ledger to prove what was paid when. I have spoken to my insurance and they confirm the copay was wrong. Never can get any answers from billing team or medical team to help with medical concerns.
