Waited nearly 90 minutes. Had my entire history with me. The office staff made ME transfer it all to their paper (AFTER I waited 90 min). He talked to me about 5 min. then his assistant brought a back brace to see if it helped my back pain. If it helps great, right? The brace was at least 18 inches tall, with metal (?) stays beneath the padding. Far too large for someone barely 5" tall. They billed my Ins. twice, $700..part for the 5 minutes talk, the other I assume for trying on the brace.
