Dr extracted teeth without consent. She did not verify the procedure prior to beginning and the wrong agenda had been provided. We had explicitly told the officer coordinator we did not want those 2 teeth extracted as it was not medically necessary. It was only offered as a way to save money instead of using crowns. We told them to crown them or leave them alone and we would continue to monitor. We were very upset to learn she made this preventable error.
