I took my daughter for a sports physical, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The office did not disclose that the visit would cost $331, even though they are 'in-network' and we have full medical coverage. This lack of transparency was frustrating and felt unfair. The doctor was cold and unwelcoming, making us feel like a burden rather than valued patients. After receiving the bill, I contacted Facey Medical Billing, but they were unhelpful. Barb, in particular, refused to address our request to bill at the Anthem contract price of $178, acting unaware of insurance pricing. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and dismissive attitudes from both the office and billing department make it clear this office does not prioritize its patients. I cannot recommend them and suggest looking elsewhere for care.
