I made my appointment on time, but they allowed 3 people in front of me after I had already waited 1 1/2 hrs to see the doctor. I guess they were punishing me for not getting there 30 minutes early for the paperwork. I chose to leave as opposed to spending hours there waiting while others went right on in; evidently their current clients were more important to them. FYI, they also don't take credit cards or debit cards, which I was not aware of.
