I can’t say enough good about Dr. Schmidt and good staff, particularly Victoria. I’m relatively young and have numerous doctors treat me terribly which makes me extremely anxious for any appointment or hospital visit. Dr. Schmidt and his staff are always very empathetic and supportive. I usually see Victoria and she puts me so at ease it’s almost like visiting with a friend rather than an appointment. I have never once felt judged or rushed. They’re always understanding when I have to reschedule due to trying to juggle appointments with oncology, the surgeons, imaging, radiation, and other specialists. Between being forgetful, having other last minute appointments, and having young children it’s almost a monthly occurrence and they’re always kind and patient with me. It’s so refreshing and such a nice change of pace to have providers who truly seem to care about my well being.
