I went to Dr. Nelson for treatment for a chipped molar. She said that a crown would need to be placed. She placed the crown on top of the cavity without first correcting the problem. During the crown placement she was very unprofessional, gossiping to the dental hygienist. The day after the appointment I had a lot of pain and called the office. Apparently, she was not working at the office anymore and did not even tell me. I had to find a new dentist to correct her mistake. The newly placed crown had to be broken off my tooth and completely redone. This was a terrible and painful experience. Once the crown was removed the new dentist saw the large cavity that was never fixed. I do not recommend Dr. Nelson. It was a terrible experience. She cuts corners and is unprofessional.
