It’s not Dr hersel anymore it’s a slick talking car salesman Jagtiani who doesn’t have much knowledge of medication does not follow up or keep virtual appointments, lies and said he called when he hasn’t. Always late for 9:00 am appointments never been on time, rushes in the examination room looks like he just woke up. Won’t make in office appointments likes virtual appointments. The billing department bills like 3-4 months late and if you have a question about your bill insurance company says it’s been too long since appointment. They also bill for items not performed.
