My visit to this Dr's office is by far the worst Dr's office experience I have ever experienced. I called their office and provided them with my insurance information. I was told they accept my insurance. I waited a month for my appointment. Registered on line ahead of the appointment. I arrived on time gave them my insurance card and ID. I paid my co-pay and gave a urine sample. I was then told they do not accept my insurance. I drove 25 miles to this office and it was a complete waste of my time and money. I was told by the office manager that I could 'lodge a complaint with corporate' The attitude was so terribly unpleasant. The only human thing that happened was one of the receptionist made some calls and found me another urologist. Thank you to her. But this organization and manager get the lowest review score possible.
