Today was my first visit with Dr. Richard; he put me at ease immediately and patiently and succinctly explained many things about kidney function I had not known. He carefully reviewed all aspects of my issues in an easily understandable manner and allowed me to ask any questions along the way. His manner is refreshingly calm, honest, and reassuring. I feel I know so much more about my kidneys after today's visit; he was able to convey this information to me in a even, non-heavy handed way, which I appreciated. I feel fortunate to have Dr. Richard as my nephrologist.
