Patient Reviews
Jan 06, 2024
I had complications after the surgery. When I called Dr. Roses office they told me that he would get back to me within 24 hours - Dr. Rose never called back. Two weeks later I had the post op visit. I was still experiencing significant pain and discomfort so I had a list of questions for him. I waited in the examination room for 32 minutes, when Dr. Rose did show up he only allowed me 4 minutes of his time. Needless to say very few of my questions were answered. As far as the pain and discomfort I was told that 'everyone heals differently and that a year from now everything would be different'. A few days later I was able to get an appointment with another doctor. He assessed that I was most likely dealing with an infection. He prescribed some antibiotics and told me that I should be evaluated by a surgeon. Two days after being on antibiotics I felt much better. Two weeks later I went through another round of antibiotics. After 11 weeks and I'm finally starting to feel better.
