Provider was 45-50 minutes late to my physical exam as a new patient to her but not the practice. She didn’t order me any lab work before or after, which if she reviewed my chart I had asked for the lab work prior to the appointment as it was something my old and doctor was monitoring. Everything she said was “I’m so sorry to hear that.” She did not appear to review my chart in anyway and just asked “what do you want to talk about?” She didn’t ask to look at my hand which I had burned severely 6 weeks prior (still an open wound) and I know she was aware about it because I tried to call and get an appointment and they got the urgent care visit after summary. She had no follow up questions for what I said and kept just saying “I’m sorry to hear that.” The appointment was less than 15 minutes long. It seemed like all she wanted to do was leave because even though I arrived at 3:47 for my 4:00 appointment she didn’t get to my room until 4:50. I won’t go back to this provider.
