What a refreshing, rare and exceptional doctor she is. Being a chronic, hospital patient with many ailments over the decades, I have yet to see the bedside manner, knowledge, kindness, intelligence and all around excellence as I have witnessed in Dr. Defabio. I was actually moved to tears due to her going the extra mile. What a treasure she is to Cleveland. I hope she stays in Emergency medicine for life. She is an angel.
