The staff at Dr. Faulkner’s office are horrible. They DO NOT care about you. They will lie about calling you back, they refuse to fill out paperwork out correctly and charge you every time it is requested even if it is their fault it was filled out incorrectly. These people do not care about the patient, the patients pain or anything. My first time at this office it took 3 people just to check me out. Do yourself a favor and find a dr who cares and not just the dr the hospital recommended.
