I saw Dr. Kim at an initial visit, at which time she asked me to return after getting eye tests performed elsewhere. I had the tests done but didn’t see Dr. Kim again because she canceled 3 appointments. After waiting months for a follow-up, I gave up and went to another specialist. I sent Dr. Kim a certified letter expressing my frustration at the repeated cancellations. I did not get a response.
