Dr. Moskowitz and her team are THE BEST! If I could leave more stars I would. My husband was diagnosed with alk negative large cell anaplastic lymphoma in 2022. He was sent to Sloan to have his biopsy reviewed as the diagnosis had been unclear with the pathology in Connecticut. This was where he had been navigating the initial stages of understanding what his particular cancer was and how to treat it. The difference in approach between our his care in Connecticut to the care we received at Sloan was night and day. Right from our first meeting Dr. Moskowitz communicated so that we could understand fully the entire scope of the plan for care. She explained the chemo process, the timelines, what it all entailed and then explained that at the end of treatment, if successful, my husband would undergo an autogolous stem cell transplant. During this time she set our minds at ease and she discussed all our concerns in empathetic and practical way. I had researched a lot of information around my husband's diagnosis and I always was met with candid, respectful discussions around my concerns and thoughts. Dr. Moskowitz. The nurse practitioner Laurie patiently answered my calls related to cutaneous issues my husband was having and pushed him to push through the pain and get to the care he needed. From the secretary to doorman, to and ESPECIALLY the team that provided emergency care when we needed it, we always felt we were in the hands of the most competent people who truly cared about my husbands and our families recovery from cancer. Dr. Moskowitz is brilliant, kind, generous with her time and there are no words that could ever describe the quality of care she provided for my husband. She is a genius “earth angel.” We are forever grateful for her and her team. She saved his life.
